Erwin W. Kleiner, 92, of Arlington Heights, a doctor of optometry, died Wednesday in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. Mr. Kleiner, who was born in Chicago, also practiced in the city. Survivors include his wife, Beata; a son, David; a daughter, Ruth Schnittker; a brother, William Kleiner; two sisters, Dorothy Bresen and Erna Wegner; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Lauterburg and Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, and from 12:30 p.m. until the 1:30 p.m. Monday service in Faith Lutheran Church, 431 S. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights.
