Rose Barber, 103, who worked as a drapery maker in Chicago, died Sunday at St. Joseph Home in Kenosha, Wis. Mrs. Barber was born in Chicago and became a seamstress before becoming a homemaker after marrying Frank Barber in 1924. The couple raised four children in their Chicago home. Mrs. Barber resumed working as a drapery maker when she was 65 after the death of her husband. She later lived in McHenry Villas in McHenry. Survivors include two sons, Vince and Frank; and two daughters, Tura Angsten and Rosemary Sarangelo. Visitation will be Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 Cermak Road, Westchester, followed by a funeral mass at 11:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Melrose Park.
