Herbert J. Nowicki, 84, died Friday in his Glendale Heights home. Mr. Nowicki was a commercial artist in advertising. He served in the Army in World War II. Survivors include his wife, Bernice; two daughters, Carol Ney and Christine; a stepson, Michael Schlitt; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Tuesday until services at 10:30 a.m. in Cypress Funeral Home, 1698 N. Bloomingdale Rd., Glendale Heights. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Isidore Catholic Church, 25 W 260 Army Trail Rd., Bloomingdale.
