The developer of a proposed condominium and town home complex between Park Avenue and the Burlington Northern railroad tracks does not plan to reduce the project’s density further before presenting it to the Village Board’s Land Use Committee.

“We’ve reduced it twice,” said Richard Gammonley, of the La Grange-based Gammonley Group. “We’re going to proceed to the Village Board and hear what they have to say.”

The revised plans call for 112 condominiums and 20 town homes. The Plan Commission recently voted not to recommend a zoning change for the site.
