Clara Corsi, 96, a restaurant owner and longtime resident of Crestwood, died Thursday in St. Francis Hospital in Blue Island. A native Italian who immigrated to the United States with her new husband at age 21, Mrs. Corsi, her husband and his brother established Tivoli Restaurant at the dirt-road intersection of 147th Street and Cicero Avenue in the early 1930s. They retired from the business in 1954. The couple also had owned a general store across the street from Oak Forest Hospital. Survivors include two daughters, Mary and Yolanda McPherson; two sons, Nel and Norman; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Hickey Memorial Chapel, 4201 W. 147th St., Midlothian. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Christopher Catholic Church, 147th Street and Keeler Avenue.
