Phyllis Bergner, 60, of Bartlett, died Monday in Sherman Hospital in Elgin. A Chicago native, Mrs. Bergner was a waitress at the Itasca Country Club. Survivors include her husband, Ronald, two daughters, Denise and Renee; her mother; and two brothers. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E. Irving Park Rd., Itasca. Services will begin at 9:15 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home, followed by a mass at 10 a.m. in Villa Scalabrini Catholic Chapel, 420 N. Wolf Rd., Northlake.
