Clara Klapperich, 83, of Ringwood died Monday in Alden Terrace of McHenry. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church of McHenry and St. Mary’s Council of Catholic Women. She had been a cook at Mi Place Restaurant in McHenry for 25 years and retired from Repro Manufacturing Co. in Richmond. She is survived by her husband, John; two daughters, Mary Ann Klapperich and Patricia Wagner; three sons, Bernard, Donald and Robert; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Peter M. Justen Colonial Funeral Home, 3807 W. Elm St., McHenry. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 1401 N. Richmond Rd.
