Case Corp. said it completed the previously announced acquisition of Tyler Industries from Iboco Inc. Terms were withheld. Tyler designs and makes chemical and fertilizer sprayers and applicators. The Benson, Minn., company had 1997 sales of about $66 million, Case said. Racine, Wis.-based Case makes agricultural and construction equipment.
