OK, I’ll go along with The Blob beating Godzilla (is that the new Godzilla or the old guy in the rubber suit?) in the finals. But you do a disservice to one of the great movie monsters by having the campy Killer Tomatoes defeating The Thing.
The Thing had great intelligence (just look at the size of his head) and would have quickly diced those tomatoes into a tangy salsa. Sure he has no foot speed; but, on the other hand, tomatoes have no feet at all.
