Before people were captivated by the light emanating from the computer or television screen, stained glass provided a mesmerizing combination of light and color for eager gazers. Although many consider stained glass to be the output of a bygone age, a substantial number of contemporary artists work in this medium. Their pieces will be featured in Ziggurat Architectural Ornaments’ 4th Annual Stained Glass Exhibition. The show runs through June 7 at 1702 N. Milwaukee Ave.; 773-227-6290.
