Police said they arrested two men last week after a charity-donation box containing $15 was broken into at McDonald’s, 2111 Midwest Rd. Derek J. Hare, 22, of 222 Pell Rd., Romeoville, was charged with theft and criminal damage to property, and Sean R. Manley, 27, of 601 Lake St., Addison, was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia, police said.
