Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

As I was channel surfing on television, I stopped temporarily to get some news on the Y2K problem. But as I was watching I heard that Russia will do nothing about it until it hits, which would be one second after Dec. 31, 1999. To fix the problems the bug will cause will take years, along with a lot of money. Funny thing is, a June 19 story (Main news) said that Russia needs a $15 billion bailout in international loans to make sure that its currency and market reforms do not collapse. As a 13-year-old, I can clearly see that Russia’s future doesn’t look so good.
