A 37-year-old Glendale Heights man was being held Wednesday in lieu of $50,000 bail at Kane County Jail after he was arrested for allegedly snatching a purse from a Hollywood Casino employee walking to her vehicle. Keith E. Brent of 258 E. Alpine Drive was arrested and charged with robbery after police found him apparently hyperventilating while lying beneath a fence on which the stolen purse had been placed. The 41-year-old victim told police she was walking on the Galena Boulevard bridge near the casino parking lot at 49 W. Galena when a man rushed at her and ripped her purse from her shoulder before running north.
