Irene Kulinowski, 56, of Carol Stream, and formerly of Lombard and Naperville, died Wednesday in Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield. A Chicago native, Mrs. Kulinowski worked for Central DuPage Hospital as an administrative secretary. Survivors include two daughters, Kimberly Ann Weber and Kathleen Ann Hass; a son, Donald Paul Jr.; her father, Charles; a brother, Charles B. Sloan; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 10 p.m. Friday in Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Rd., Lombard. Services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home, followed by a mass at 10 a.m. in Christ the King Catholic Church, 1501 S. Main St., Lombard.
