There are many questions concerning the past, the present and the future of Clinton’s presidency, including the following:

– Has the White House been operating in an unprofessional, unethical, immoral and illegal manner?

– Is President Clinton misusing power, obstructing justice, jeopardizing national security and breaking laws?

– Does Bill Clinton view himself as above the law?

The Clinton White House wants the citizens of the United States to think that the crisis is only about an affair that occurred in the Oval Office. But over the last six years, there have been at least a dozen scandals ranging from land fraud, to committing perjury, to selling state-of-the-art satellite and missile technology.

It really is a question of whether or not Clinton has violated the Constitution of the United States of America.

If Clinton has violated the Constitution and is not removed from power, what precedent is being set? When is impeachment ever valid?

Freedoms are only secure as long as officials are forced to comply with the Constitution, and that requires an informed and active public.

In the end, Bill Clinton’s legacy will be the decade of folly and scandal. It will be the age of deception and dubiousness. It will be the era of greed for more power and money. It will be a time where there was a lack of shame and decency.

Clinton’s presidency will bring at least one positive note. The citizens will recognize that the personal conduct of a president does affect policy and does affect the nation.

The citizens will become more careful when electing their officials and less forgiving when officials do wrong.

Now, thanks to Clinton, the office of the president has been tarnished, demeaned and diminished. The nation has been stripped of its honorable character, its sense of decency and its dignified pursuit for truth and justice.

It might take a decade or two of exceptional presidential men to repair the damage that has been done.
