Ernestine Vera, 48, of Carol Stream died Wednesday in DuPage County Convalescent Center in Wheaton. Born in Chicago, Mrs. Vera was a volunteer interpreter. She graduated from Addison Trail High School. She is survived by her parents, Joaquin and Ida Trevino; a grandmother, Connie Lopez; three brothers, Albert, Rick and John; two sisters, Helen Keele and Martha Domingo. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday in Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park. Services will be at 7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
