From experience as a high school student working at Marshall Field’s, I’ve noticed how inconsiderate people can really be when they come shopping 10 minutes after we’re closed.
Of course, I have to help them, and sometimes they don’t leave for another half an hour. I could be home doing homework or getting rest for my next day at school.
I want shoppers to realize how we feel, and I want them to shop before we close. You will then get a more pleasant service your next visit.
