Melissa Travis, 35, of the 7100 block of Astor Avenue was arrested on retail theft charges Wednesday night after she allegedly stole four packs of cigarettes and two bottles of whiskey from the Dominick’s Finer Foods store at 1440 Irving Park Rd., police said. The items were valued at $37.27.
