A senior living complex–the third within the past 12 months–has been approved by village trustees.
Arden Courts Assisted Living Facility will be on 4 acres near Butterfield Road and Park Boulevard, adjacent to Glenbard South High School. The facility will have 60 residential units and focus on specialized care for people suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, according to David Cox, assistant to the village administrator.
