Police Saturday charged Larry J. Kallai, 49, of the 300 block of Anderson Avenue, Joliet, with driving with a revoked license, improper lane usage, failure to signal and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said. He was released on his recognizance and given an April 28 court date.
