“Sabrina, the Teenage Witch”: This underrated teen targeter (8 p.m., WLS-Ch. 7), a fine show except that it celebrates witchcraft, offers an episode in which finicky Salem the cat takes after Robbie Knievel, risking several of his lives in death-defying stunts. And Sabrina (Melissa Joan Hart) invites a visit from her underconfident pen pal, who lives in a place called the Other Realm, which is not a federal penitentiary. Elsewhere, it is hard not to be intrigued by a program called “Moose on the Loose” (8 p.m., WCIU-Ch. 26); I could find out more about the show than its title, of course, but that would spoil the mystery. “Entertainment Tonight” and “Access Hollywood” (6:30 p.m., WBBM-Ch. 2 and WMAQ-Ch. 5, respectively) clue us in on exactly what celebrity publicists want us to know about celebrities.
