How careless that the Tribune would print an article so blatantly biased as the one that appeared May 12 about the defeated fur-labeling law in California. The author voiced in no uncertain terms his personal opinion about animal treatment in a graphic explanation of how some animals are killed for their fur. He even managed to get his digs in about Californians who choose to wear fur. This kind of editorializing belongs on the Commentary page.
