Regarding Judge Susan McDunn’s blocking the lesbian couple’s adoption, her guiding principles seem to be respect for nature and, presumably, politically incorrect research. Both have convinced her that women aren’t men and mothers can’t be fathers, also that role-modeling is important in a child’s psycho-sexual development.
Her judicial critics have principles too–political correctness and political expediency.
