Stanley R. Warren, 22, of the 100 block of Mississippi Street, Joliet, was charged Tuesday with aggravated battery to a police officer, aggravated assault and obstructing a police officer, police said. He allegedly threw a bottle at officers who were investigating a report of shots fired at Mound Road and Richards Street. He was taken to the Will County Jail for a bond hearing.
