A Sunday cook-out on the patio of a house in the 600 block of Shining Waters Drive was spoiled when a propane tank exploded and slightly injured the homeowner, police said. Fire officials said oil in a deep fryer boiled over and ignited a gas line. The blaze was extinguished by the homeowner, police said.
