Grace Damos, 70, died Friday in her home in Crystal Lake. Mrs. Damos was born in Davenport, Iowa, and was a supervisor in the microbiology department of Northwestern Community Hospital in Arlington Heights for 25 years. She was also a member of St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church in Elgin. Survivors include two daughters, Paula Huffman and Debi Quinn; two sisters, Helen Smith and Stephanie Yokas; and four grandchildren. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 2930 31st Ave., Rock Island, Ill.
