A 43-year-old Wheaton man was arrested Sunday after he was accused of creating a disturbance on Front Street and scuffling with officers who arrested him, police said. Robert P. Hedquist of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive was charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated battery.
