Two west suburban men were arrested Monday after allegedly taking merchandise from Sportmart, 255 W. Roosevelt Rd. Charged with retail theft were Raul Casiano, 24, of the 0-99 block of North Parkside Avenue, Glen Ellyn, and Juan Rubino, 17, of the 1600 block of South Michigan Avenue, Villa Park.
