Police issued 30 traffic citations, including one related to a motorist driving under the influence, at a traffic enforcement roadblock last weekend at Illinois Highway 59 and LaSalle Street. Half of the 30 citations were for insurance violations, and four people were cited for disobeying a police officer. Police also issued 33 warnings after inspecting more than 300 vehicles.
