A section of split-rail fence was missing and fence end posts were damaged at Sunrise Park on Sunrise Avenue, a police report said. A witness reported seeing a 1990 Toyota four-door car with two occupants flee the scene shortly before the damage was noticed Aug. 8, the report said.
