I am a teacher and brought several middle school students to Chicago for a tour this summer. We all really enjoyed “Cows on Parade.” I was disappointed to learn that the cows will be auctioned off to local charities. I would like to offer another suggestion: Has anyone thought about building a barn somewhere in the city to house all the cows? The cows could set up permanent residence in the barn, and the organizers could charge admission to see the cows. I would like for my future groups of students to see the cows in the summers to come.
