Police said a Lake Geneva, Wis., man was arrested Thursday at Illinois Highway 173 and Lakeview Road and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and speeding. Eric L. Romanski, 22, was taken to McHenry County Jail in lieu of bond and was given a Nov. 30 court date, police said.
