A 2000 Dodge Caravan minivan was reported damaged Sunday while it was being driven on the Amstutz Expressway in Waukegan, a report said. The driver told police that he saw four or five people standing on the Belvidere Road bridge over the expressway preparing to drop something on him when he passed under, the report said. The unidentified item dented the roof of the vehicle, causing an unknown amount of damage.
