Two men were arrested Monday after they could not explain what they were doing near Elmhurst Dodge, 750 N. York St., and why they allegedly had keys to several vehicles belonging to the dealership, police said. Frank Vollman, 20, of the 200 block of East Village Drive, Northlake, was charged with criminal trespass, criminal damage to a motor vehicle and theft and Joseph M. Latko, 19, of the 10000 block of West Wellington Street, Melrose Park, was charged with theft, police said.
