This time of year, Chicago tries not to be the home of the blues. Instead, for Valentine’s Day, everybody starts dancing — specifically, to the swinging “All Is Fair in Love and Lindy Hop” (by the Chicago Swing 1/2 Breeds), “In the Garden” (by jazzy scat-singer Kurt Elling) and “Blue Havana” (by the salsa-heavy Eduardo Vilaro’s Luna Negra Dance Theatre). These numbers are the highlights of “Duets for My Valentine,” a dance concert at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Athenaeum Theatre, 2936 N. Southport Ave. Tickets: $15 and $20. 312-902-1500.
