I was very appreciative of Gary Marx’s Feb. 16, front page article on the “truck bribe whistle-blower.” Thank God for people like Tammy Raynor, a license examiner at the Illinois secretary of state’s McCook facility, her mother, Dorothy Allen, and Tony Berlin, another McCook employee. Because of their perseverance, justice has prevailed.
