It is time to begin impeachment proceedings against Gov. George Ryan. I am outraged at what was allowed to go on in the secretary of state’s office under his watch. It is total incompetence for him to have not known what was happening, especially with the number of his employees and even a close friend involved. In any other business he would be held fully accountable for what has happened under his leadership.
If he did know, then he needs to be held responsible for he has the blood of innocent people on his hands.
