Construction is set to start for Bosworth Place, a 15-unit town home and condominium community at the southeast corner of Bosworth and Clybourn Avenues in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.
The 10 town homes range from 3,022 to 4,378 square feet and include four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Base priced from $649,000, they will have private gardens and landscaped 55-foot-wide courtyards. They include maple cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, combined kitchen-family rooms, woodburning fireplaces in living rooms, laundry rooms and two-car garages.

– Sales are under way for Townpointe, a P.D. Hartz community of 98 town homes, 60 carriage homes and 309 single-family homes in south suburban Tinley Park.
The town homes are base-priced from $142,900 to $159,900; carriage homes, from $159,900 to $170,600; and the single-family homes, from $241,900 to $294,900. Ten models are open.

– Sales are under way for CityScape Lofted City Homes, a combination of a new-construction and rehabbed building at 820 W. Superior St. in Chicago.
