Kentucky starting guard Desmond Allison has been suspended and is not expected to play again this season following his arrest on drunk driving charges, coach Tubby Smith announced Sunday night.
Allison, a 6-foot-5-inch sophomore from Tampa, was arrested early Sunday morning in Lexington and charged with driving under the influence.
– Robert J. Walsh, a Las Vegas lawyer registered with the NBA as a sports agent, was the agent involved in the case that cost Auburn senior forward Chris Porter his eligibility, according to the Birmingham (Ala.) News.
Auburn officials determined middleman Nate Cebrun was working for Walsh when Cebrun wired $2,500 to Porter, the newspaper said, citing two sources close to the program.
