Douglas W. Martin, 40, of the 7900 block of 18th Avenue, Kenosha, was arrested and charged Friday with driving under the influence after an officer on routine patrol observed Martin’s vehicle cross the center line. He was also cited for improper lane usage. He is to appear in court on April 13.
