A new book by the parents of JonBenet Ramsey has a wrong number listed for people to call with information about the slaying.
The number listed in “The Death of Innocence,” written by John and Patsy Ramsey and released Friday, rings at the home of Craig Swan of Littleton. A message left on Swan’s answering machine was not returned.
The book’s publisher, Thomas Nelson Publishing, could not be reached for comment.
JonBenet Ramsey was found dead in her parents’ Boulder home Dec. 26, 1996. A 13-month grand jury investigation ended in October without any indictments.
The correct number for the tip line is 720-904-3739.
