It’s a good thing these two benefit events will be held in different buildings on different days. If the boxers at the non-profit Chicagoland Golden Gloves Tournament were to show up at the Roadworks Productions non-profit theater event, we can guess which faces would wind up with the most bruises. The boxing tournament, with males and females competing in 72 divisions, has final-round competition at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at St. Andrew’s Gym, 1658 W. Addison St. Tickets: $7-$32. Roadworks’ “Next Big Thing,” showcasing musicians, actors and artists, is 7 p.m. Saturday at the School of the Art Institute, 112 S.
