An assistant store manager at Eagle Discount Supermarket, 1245 Sullivan Rd., was robbed at gunpoint shortly after closing the store early Tuesday. As the victim walked to his car, a man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black scarf approached him, pointed a pistol at him an ordered him back in the store. The robber made him turn off the alarm, placed a duffel bag on the counter and told the victim to open the safe. The robber took about $1,100 and fled.
