My daughter’s Chicago business was hurt by the “love bug virus.”
The future solution to the problem is a simple one.
When we send messages it should be with the use of a cryptic password.
Why not use the same system on all incoming e-mails?
For instance, I am alerting my family that they must include in the middle or at the end of the subject heading the letters XZJQ or I will delete at once.
Enlarging this idea to thwart the machinations of obnoxious hackers, all individuals or businesses can advise all e-mail contacts that certain letters or numbers must be in the subject heading.
Hackers will drift into oblivion.
