Eric Williams, 34, of the 600 block of East 37th Place, Chicago, was charged Saturday with two felony counts of possession of counterfeit credit cards. Police said a cashier at the Wal-Mart store at 21410 Cicero Ave. detected that the Visa card Williams presented to purchase $519.22 in merchandise was fake.
