We’re not exactly sure what dancer Emily Stein plans to do with a potato, but it’s the only prop in the Zephyr Dance assistant artistic director’s new work “Plain Road.” Stein, along with Michelle Kranicke, are the focal points of the all-women Zephyr company’s weekend shows at the Harold Washington Library Theatre, 400 S.
