Could someone please tell me why there was no “Vegetarian” category in the May 21 Dining Guide? Could it be because staffers are clueless about how many diners–whether they consider themselves vegetarians or not–prefer a restaurant that serves entirely or predominantly vegetarian food?
The area has a number of popular, outstanding vegetarian restaurants. Where were they in this “authoritative guide”?
