The Naperville North High School choral department’s final concert of the school year will be in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The NNHS Concert Choir will touring and perform in Great Britain from Friday to June 19, said director Jim Yarbrough.
An afternoon departure Thursday from O’Hare International Airport should place the group in England early Friday.
On Sunday, the group will take part in an “All Hallows by the Tower Church Concert.”
A visit to Lincoln Cathedral on June 15 will include a concert performance by the NNHS choir.
Another rail trip will take the group to Edinburgh, where they will go on the Royal Mile Tour and stay in a youth hostel.
Some free time will be followed by a concert at St. Giles Cathedral and a tour of Edinburgh Castle.
