A 28-year-old Orland Park man was charged Saturday with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle after the owner of a van saw it being taken from his driveway in the 5100 block of West 158th Street and helped police catch the culprit, said police. The owner called police, got into another vehicle and followed his van, said police. When police joined the pursuit, the driver of the stolen van stopped the vehicle and ran. After a brief chase on foot, a suspect was arrested. Charged was Daniel Sumidlowski of the 15300 block of South Brassie Drive.
