Police said a Genoa City, Wis., man was arrested Sunday at Illinois Highway 173 and Michigan Drive and charged with driving while license revoked and driving with a loud muffler. Stephen M. Kuchera, 44, posted $100 cash as bond and was given a July 11 court date.
